Al Koran Shriners monument This monument was created in a special way to help the Cleveland Shriners memorialize their fellow veterans. This monument is set in a military cemetery. The rough texture background around the medallions symbolizes the strength each branch stands for. The center tablet is polished Gem Mist granite. The granite was selected because the Shriners only wanted American materials and workmanship. This project took 2 ½ years to completed due to government regulations for private monuments in the VA cemeteries. The client that was instrumental to this project, sadly passed in the fall of 2021 before the final installation of the monument.
