Ms. Arter is a devout Catholic. A rosary hangs in the top center as her faith is the center of her life, with good works and family surrounding her. She wanted a flush marker that was a little different as cemetery rules kept her from having an upright memorial on her family lot. We matched the granite to the existing family memorials, and she wanted to keep as much of the polish as she could. We choose polished outline letters and highlighted her additional lettering by putting it with the curve of the memorial.
