The McCaffree’s have a graphic designer in the family who insisted on fine detail with small lettering and wanted to use inlays. Despite our advice the client wanted an Ebony Mist strip of granite inlayed into the Black granite marker with Sierra White bird inlays. We were concerned with how the strip would contrast, however it provided the subtle band the client was looking for to have the birds perched on. A powerful epitaph brings this design together.
