The three tablets have multiple meanings hidden throughout. First, the three tablets represent the Trinity and their unity. The large hole in the middle symbolizes the hole left by Jason’s absence.
The small, fractured hole on the back tablet represents his stillborn granddaughter and the tough time he had with her death.
The unique font helps the stone stand out from the rest.
Finally, the three tablets can’t stand independently and require one another to stay upright. Jason had 3 children and the tablets are a representation of how they are relying upon one another to stand strong.
