This modern headstone portrays a man’s love for his beagle and rabbit hunting – His beagle is added to the bronze collage and a sculptured rabbit is hiding at the foot of the tablet.

This design began as a die and base. Well after the design had been established and approved by the family, they asked for a bench to be added. With such a small space, the inclusion of a bench was a challenge; however, the final design is more interesting because of it. The bench addition reinforces the angles of the tablet. A sandblast line texture was added to accent the tablet’s angles and contrast, creating a stronger focus on the portrait and inscriptions.

The memorial stands a total of 36” tall.
