I was contacted by the State University of New York at Albany and asked to design a bench to commemorate the attack of 9-11. Nineteen SUNY Albany Alumni died in the attack. I was told that the bench was to be in keeping with the architectural design of the SUNY campus in particular the Boor Sculpture Studio. The design had to include the University Minerva logo with the Trajan font.
